I manage a automotive restoration/customization shop in Arlington TX. A few months ago I ordered (at my customers request) a bumper from your company. Before I ordered the product, I went on line to do some research about your company. The feed back from two or three customers was not very good. In fact they had some pretty nasty things to say. I was hesitant to order from you due to this feed back. My customer was very adamant that this was the bumper he wanted. I placed the order and I received the bumper exactly on the day it was supposed to arrive. There was a price discrepancy due to shipping charges. I placed a call to your company and spoke to Jim. Jim had no problem refunding the overcharge to me immediately. Thank you very much for a quality product delivered on time. The bumper is of much higher quality than any of the other after market bumpers we have bought from other bumper companies.
